Shahzeb founded NexGen Solutions and runs every engagement as its principal. His work spans more than a decade of regulated environments: nuclear operations, hospital groups migrating live clinical estates, health authorities negotiating tariffs, and insurers whose reserving has to satisfy an auditor.
